By commenting “Agree” or using the hashtag “#AgreeEco” in response to EcoTherm when prompted on social media
- You agree to allow EcoTherm to use, for the purposes set out below, any media content you submit (The Content).
- You confirm that you are the creator or owner of The Content and that you are in a position to grant EcoTherm a license to use The Content as outlined below.
- You confirm that you have obtained the express authorisation from any person featured in The Content or from the parent or guardian of any child or young person featured in The Content.
- You grant EcoTherm permission to use The Content as part of any advertising, public relations and promotional activities they carry out. This may include any materials published online, on social media, in print and on television.
- You grant EcoTherm a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free right and license to use, modify and distribute The Content in any format or medium throughout the world without compensation to you. This may include EcoTherm distributing The Content to a third party for use in relation to any campaign being run by EcoTherm.
