Part L2 EcoTherm at the heart of today’s construction
The British Rigid Urethane Foam Manufacturers Association ‘BRUFMA’ is the association to which all major foam manufacturers belong and which is the mouthpiece for the industry. The new Building Regs Part L2 and J2 (Sco) call for a reassessment on performances of insulation materials which in turn impacts on considerations, for example, as to the benefits of New Build over Refurbishment and vice versa. This information is assembled in the form of a report which is issued to the construction industry where its contents will be integrated in to project design and system build up design specifications.
