AWM, through product assessments and a rigid programme of on-site audits, provides a quality validation service which includes product performance, system design and the installation itself. As a consequence of this quality assurance, the insurance industry is prepared to provide a range of insurance backed guarantee products, called QA+, the like of which have impossible to obtain over recent years.EcoTherm was one of the very first companies to appreciate the obvious merits of such a programme and has worked closely with Mike Fox, AWM’s Chief Exec, to see the programme come to fruition. The QA+ Insurance Backed Guarantee was successfully launched into the market in March of this year.
